Park Programs

Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA) Parks provide wonderful opportunities to explore and enjoy interesting natural and cultural spaces within the Greater Toronto Area. Located in Peel, York and Durham regions, the parks are close to home and easily accessible.

TRCA Parks offer diverse learning and recreational opportunities, including:

  • Guided or self-directed education programs
  • Exploration of natural features and habitats
  • Cross-curricular, recreational and fitness programs and activities

Guided education programs
are offered throughout the year and build an outdoor classroom around the unique natural features and habitats that exist within each park. A qualified, professional instructor meets your group, bringing along all the knowledge, equipment and experience to explore and learn.

For more information, date availability or to book a guided education program, please call 416-667-6295 or email And, keep and eye on What's New for program announcements!

Self-directed programs offer you the opportunity to create and guide your own education program and recreation events at a TRCA Park. You can build your outdoor classroom at various times throughout the year and take advantage of the natural spaces and facilities the parks have to offer.
