The Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto
2009 Annual Review

2010 is the International Year of Biodiversity as declared by the United Nations. To celebrate, our Annual Review looks at some remarkable biodiversity right here at home.

When people think of biodiversity and wildlife species in jeopardy, they think of tigers or pandas or grizzly bears in the wilderness.

But the biodiversity crisis affects our cities too. Just as grizzlies need a healthy wild habitat, wildlife in our cities also need a healthy habitat - A Living City.

Click here to learn about four remarkable species who live right here in the GTA.

The work to help these species is partially funded by donors to The Conservation Foundation. If you are one of these donors, THANK YOU!
